STEVE T. MOORE
PRESIDENT
As the second generation of the Moore family to lead J.L. Moore, Steve brings decades of industry experience and a practical, problem-solving approach to all aspects of the business. Since joining the company in 1994, he has held a variety of roles, including carpenter, estimator, project manager, and vice president of operations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver successful projects from start to finish. As president, he oversees company operations and provides leadership and direction to our team, ensuring every project is completed with the quality and care J.L. Moore is known for.
Steve’s leadership is also shaped by his 12 years in the Army National Guard’s Engineer Corps. Before his honorable discharge in 2006, he served as an Assistant Operations Officer for a Combat Engineer Battalion in Baghdad, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
BOB LAROSA
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Bob is often the first point of contact for our clients, taking the time to understand their goals, concerns, and overall vision for the project. Whether it’s a general contracting or design-build job, he helps clients navigate the best path forward, clearly explaining our process and setting expectations from the start. He also works closely with our Preconstruction team to align scope, schedule, and budget. As projects move into construction, Bob remains actively involved, maintaining communication between the client and the construction team. His hands-on approach ensures that clients feel informed, supported, and confident from beginning to end.
