J.L. Moore completed the ground-up construction of multiple automotive service facilities including all   associated site work and complete interior build-outs. Typical projects comprised of service bays, service basements with hazardous material collection and spill containment system, restrooms, offices, and customer waiting area.

In addition to building new ground-up facilities, J.L. Moore was contracted to reconstruct and reinforce an existing facility in Pennsylvania that had experienced significant structural integrity degradation. This project required the removal and replacement of all concrete and structural steel in half of the facility and parking lot which extended over the side of a hill. J.L. Moore was heavily involved with the continuous design changes that occurred during construction, offering value engineering to expedite construction and keep costs down.
