Beulah Beach Sunset Café
J.L. Moore partnered with Beulah Beach Camp and Retreat Center on the design and construction of a new 12,800-square-foot dining hall overlooking Lake Erie. The camp needed a general contractor who could deliver quality within a set budget and complete the project on a strict seasonal schedule.
Construction had to start immediately after the summer season in August and be finished by May before campers arrived. Despite harsh winter conditions on the Lake Erie shoreline, our team delivered the project ahead of schedule, giving Beulah Beach extra time to prepare for their busiest season.
Dining Hall Features
- Commercial kitchen supporting 50 staff
- Seating for 300 people at once
- Capacity to serve 600 campers, three meals a day
- Flexible design to enhance guest experience
Client Testimonial
“Completing construction during the off-season was critical, and not only did you meet the deadline, but you also finished ahead of schedule, allowing us to prepare for our busy summer camp season without disruption. It was clear throughout the process that this project was personal to you. Your passion for delivering quality work and commitment to our mission truly set you apart.”
