Red Cedar Coffee
J.L. Moore was contracted to construct Red Cedar Coffee’s new 4,500 square foot facility, which serves as their headquarters, roastery, distribution center and retail coffee bar. Although the project was already in the design phase when we joined, we worked closely with the architect to redesign the layout when a drive-thru window was added. This required working through how vehicle patterns interact with the parking lot and ultimately lead to flipping the placement of the building to best fit the new design.
Throughout construction, we also coordinated with vendors for the coffee roasting equipment and ensured all health department requirements were met.
