Avon Schools

J.L. Moore was contracted by Avon Local School District to renovate the lower level of the former Avon Village School, built in 1924, into their new board offices. The project included asbestos abatement, a new electrical service, new HVAC system, new offices, complete conversion of existing restrooms meeting ADA requirements, and all interior finishes. In addition to the original scope of work, portions of the building’s existing masonry were restored to provide a watertight shell.
