Great Lakes Brewing Company

J.L. Moore was contracted to build-out a new 3,100 square foot Great Lakes Brewery restaurant inside Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. This project was successfully completed in a working airport setting, while meeting all owner requirements for design, quality, and schedule. Being inside the airport, this project required extensive planning and coordination to meet the strict airport requirements of safety and security. The full-service restaurant included seating for 148 guests, a custom bar with seating for 34 guests, a full kitchen, as well as all custom cabinetry, flooring, and decorative wall panels.
