IHOP

J.L. Moore completed the build-out of a new IHOP restaurant within a new strip center that we were also constructing. The new 4,125 square foot restaurant was built out on the endcap of the center. The project consisted of transforming the white box into a new 4,125 square foot full-service restaurant including new kitchen, dining room, and all exterior finishes.
