Big Lots

J.L. Moore completed the build-out of multiple Big Lots across Ohio and Michigan. Projects averaged approximately 35,000 square feet, consisting of combining multiple existing smaller tenant spaces, or demising a larger space and then completing the interior build-out of that space. Typical projects consisted of new or upgraded electrical service, HVAC system including rooftop units, ceilings, lighting, flooring and construction of a new stockroom, office and restrooms.
