J.L. Moore completed the construction of a 7,000 square foot addition to an existing skilled nursing facility. The project included construction of seven new semi-private rooms with full baths, nurse’s station, storage, laundry rooms, offices, conference room and activities lounge. As part of construction, the building received a new 1600-amp electrical service upgrade and a new fire suppression system which was tied into the existing building. Renovations to the existing buildings were also completed at the building tie in location to provide a uniform transition between the existing and new buildings.

The existing portion of the facility remained operational and occupied throughout construction.
