In General Contracting, also known as Design-Bid-Build, our estimating team reviews the plans and specifications provided by the owner’s design team and develops a competitive proposal. Once awarded the project, J.L. Moore selects and contracts all required subcontractors based on the specific project requirements.
Throughout construction, we provide Project Management and on-site Supervision to oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, reporting and project administration.

Design-Build
In Design-Build, the owner contracts with one entity for both design and construction, providing a collaborative team approach from the beginning. This method offers the owner a single responsible source for both design and construction phases.
As the Design-Builder, we work closely with the project owner to fully understand their project goals and requirements, assembling the right team based on these parameters.
